Kalki Koechlin as Disabled Girl in Choone Chali Aasman

Choone Chali Aasman originally named Margarita with a straw premiere at Toronto international film festival (TIFF) on 8th september 2014 and scheduled to be released on Indian cinemas on by changing the name to Choone Chali Aasman to get the more audience attractions.

Laila (Kalki Koechlin) plays the role of disabled person using the wheelchair. She is the student at Delhi university and writer who write lyrics and creates electronic sounds for band. Watch the film to get more insider story of the film.

Margarita with a straw won the NETPAC award. Its the only Indian film won the award at TIFF. Kalki Koechlin also got the best actress award in Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival held in Estonia in 2014.
