Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan paired up for Mayday, Ajay directs the film

Ajay Devgn to direct Amitabh Bachchan in an edge-of-the-seat human drama Titled Mayday. Yes, Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan reunites after 7 years, post Satyagraha. Now, Ajay Devgn all set to direct Amitabh Bachchan in a film.

As per the Sources “Ajay Devgn will not only play the lead in the film along with Big B but also direct the film. This will also be the first time Ajay will be directing Bachchan saab on celluloid. When he was scripting for his next directorial venture, he immediately thought of Amit ji and of and wanted him only for the role. Mayday is a thrilling human story which Big B loved and he agreed to be part of the project, when he got the offer from Ajay.”

There are not much details revealed about the film. Ajay Devgn is busy with his upcoming film Bhuj and Big B shooting KBC. Post their current projects, they will kick starts shooting Mayday.

Ajay is playing a pilot in the film ‘Mayday‘. The Remaining casts are under finalization. The film Mayday is Produced and directed by Ajay Devgn. The shooting of the film to kick starts this Dec in Hyderabad.
