Arjun Rampal’s Much-Awaited film ‘Daddy’ First Look Poster is out. Arjun Rampal plays Arun Gawli (inset), the gangster-turned-politician from Mumbai’s Dagdi Chawl, who is currently incarcerated on murder charges. Know the Daddy Movie Story which is based on the real-life Story of Gangster turned Politician, Arun Gulab Gawli.
Arun Gawli started out as a milkman in Mumbai’s Saat Raasta area, but eventually became the ‘Daddy’ of the underworld. Accused of kidnap, torture, extortion and murder, Gawli has been incarcerated since 2012 on the charges of murdering a Shiv Sena leader.
Arjun Rampal released an audio clip of Arun Gawli speaking in own Voice and Later the First Look Poster revealed on 29th November 2016. Daddy film is based on the Life of Former Underworld don Arun Gulab Gawli. Daddy film is Presented by Eros International, Kundalini Entertainment and Karta Entertainment, the film is helmed by Ashim Ahluwalia.
