Madhur Bhandarkar explored the Thriller concept in his next Upcoming film ‘Indu Sarkar’ and now he Announces the release date of the film. Indu Sarkar features Kirti Kulhari, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Anupam Kher, Tota Roy Choudhury, Parvin Dabas, Sheeba Chaddha and Zakir Hussain.
